Refill was okay but the painting part was terrible- there’s nail polish all around my nails. There was no lotion after either.
I do not recommend if you don’t like thick, bumpy, and uneven nails. I went with two other woman and we each got full set of gel nails. My one friend asked for a design and they gave her a completely different one than she asked. They did not clean up any cuticles or cracked skin around the nail (see pictures). They didn’t lotion or use a hot towel like all of the other salons that are priced the same. They left chunks of gel underneath our nails and some of my nails are literally shooting straight up for some reason. There was also missing paint on my middle finger and all of our nails were severely bumpy and uneven. If you look close in some of the pictures you will see the extension part of the nail doesn’t even match when my fingernail is.
The technicians are always very friendly. The salon is clean and well kept. They ensure all materials are sanitized and go above and beyond to follow Covid protocols. Nails always stay on and appear smooth and flawless. I never have clumpy looking refills. Pedicures are always relaxing and perfect. They do really nice work and pay attention to detail!
I’ve never been more upset after a nail appointment before today. Went in with a full set of long coffin style dip nails, asked for just a refill and TO KEEP THE LENGTH. The man says okay and then fully removes the old dip and tips, then CUTS ALL MY NAILS DOWN TO MY FINGERS AFTER BEING TOLD I WANTED TO KEEP THE LENGTH. Doesn’t put tips on, just proceeds to put the dip powder on my now STUBS, after basically filing a hole into several nails. Then he asks what shape i want and i tell him square for everything but my thumbs since they’re too short for coffin now and i wanted my thumbs rounded. We clarified this SEVERAL TIMES as well. What did i end up with? Square thumbs and everything else rounded. i’m disgusted i shouldn’t have even paid
